I’ve started a Pinterest board for my novel! You can view it here. It’s been pretty fun finding pictures that I think match my characters, and also ones that connect to the themes and action in my book. So from looking at my board you can tell:
- My main character is Liu, a Chinese woman in her late thirties. She’s a computer scientist that develops artificial intelligence programs.
- Her best friend Madison owns HyperREAL, the company Liu works for. Her ex-boyfriend Bruce is an expert in bioengineering who takes her artificial intelligence and figures out how to implant it in people’s brains. Madison, Liu and Bruce founded HyperREAL together.
- HyperREAL cornered the market on virtual reality, and is now combining VR with neural implants to give your work and play an amazing boost into hyper-reality.
The story will have action, mystery, and possibly even a bit of romance. I’ve gotten eight chapters written, and I’m working hard to get more done. Stay tuned to hear more!
