Fellow Sci-fi and fantasy fans, if you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend check out Illogicon. It’s an awesome local convention devoted to Sci-Fi and Fantasy readers, writers, cosplayers, and anyone else who enjoys the genres.
They have awesome panels on writing, lots of authors doing readings and selling books, and tables for craft sellers. They are an inclusive space for fans and I always find something or someone interesting to investigate. I’ve gone several years and always have a great time.
They are at Briar Creek this year, which is a new venue. I look forward to meeting some new fellow writers. If you go feel free to say hi to me!
